How many stories can I generate per day?
Twinkle allows up to 3 stories per day. The count resets at midnight your local time.
The story generation failed. What should I do?
Story generation requires an internet connection. Check your connection and try again. If the problem persists, force-quit the app and reopen it. If it continues failing, please email us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not within the App. To cancel:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name → Subscriptions
- Find Twinkle and tap Cancel Subscription

I was charged but the App says I don’t have a subscription.
Force-quit and reopen the App — the subscription status usually syncs within a few seconds. If it still shows as inactive after a minute, tap “Restore Purchases” in the App settings. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID region (not your Apple ID itself) and we’ll investigate.
Can I use Twinkle on multiple devices?
Yes. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID. Sign in with the same Apple ID on any device and tap “Restore Purchases.”
Is Twinkle safe for young children?
Twinkle is rated 4+ on the App Store. The AI is configured to generate only age-appropriate, family-friendly content. We recommend parents operate the App and review stories before reading them aloud.
What happens to story prompts I enter?
The theme and character name you choose are sent to OpenAI’s API to generate your story. We do not store this information on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are managed by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
