By downloading or using TileCalc, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
OpenRowan Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TileCalc on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Accuracy of Calculations
TileCalc provides material estimates to assist with planning. All calculations are estimates and should be verified by a professional before purchasing materials. We are not responsible for material shortages, overages, or costs arising from reliance on the App’s output.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
OpenRowan Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including costs from inaccurate material estimates.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
