How do I import my runs from Apple Health?
In Stridebook, open Settings → Apple Health, turn on Import runs from Health and allow access to workouts. Stridebook reads your running and walking workouts from the last 90 days — including ones recorded before you installed the app — and keeps importing new ones. Tap Import now to fetch the latest. Workouts that are already in your log are never duplicated.
Can I bring my history over from Strava or another app?
Yes. Stridebook can import a CSV file, including the activities.csv file from a Strava data export. In Strava, request your archive (Settings → My Account → Download or Delete Your Account), unzip it, and open activities.csv from Settings → Import old log (CSV) in Stridebook.
What is free and what does Stridebook Pro add?
Logging runs, Apple Health import and the last four weeks of history are free. Stridebook Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks your full history and charts, unlimited shoes and races, and CSV/backup export. There is no subscription.
How does shoe tracking work?
Add your shoes and pick one when you log a run. Stridebook adds up the distance on each pair and shows how close it is to the retirement distance you set, so you know when it’s time for a new pair.
Can I change units or the first day of the week?
Yes. In Settings you can switch between kilometres and miles and choose which day your training week starts on.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
In Settings, tap Restore purchase while signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy Stridebook Pro.
How do I back up or move my data?
With Pro, use Settings → Back up everything to save a full backup file, then Restore from backup on your new device. Your data is also included in your normal iPhone backup.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
