Frequently Asked Questions
How do I set my rig type?
RigReady asks for your rig type on first launch (Class A, Class B, Class C, travel trailer, fifth wheel, pop-up, or truck camper). Your departure checklist is pre-filled to match. You can change the rig type later from the library screen.
How do I run a checklist?
Open a checklist and tap each row to check it off. Progress saves automatically — if you get interrupted mid-walkaround, your checks are still there when you come back.
How do I re-use a checklist on the next trip?
Open the checklist menu and choose Reset. The finished run is cleared and the list is ready again. Your custom items always stay.
Can I add my own items?
Yes. Open a checklist, choose Edit, and add, reorder, group, or reword any item. Free users can fully customize their rig’s departure checklist.
What does RigReady Pro include?
Pro is a one-time $5.99 purchase that unlocks every rig type, arrival checklists, and the winterize / de-winterize seasonal packs. No subscription.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open any locked checklist and tap Restore Purchases on the unlock screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account that bought Pro.
How do I share a checklist?
Open the checklist menu and choose Share. The list is sent as plain text through the iOS share sheet (AirDrop, Messages, Mail).
Does RigReady work offline?
Yes, completely. Network is only used by Apple’s App Store system during purchase or restore.
