How do I add the widget?
Open HSK Lockscreen once and choose your levels. On an iPhone, long-press the Lock Screen, choose Customize → Lock Screen, then Add Widgets → HSK Lockscreen. Choose the rectangular or circular style. For the inline style, tap the date area above the clock. You can also use the Home Screen widget gallery to add a small or medium widget. The in-app setup guide is under Widget.
Why has the word not changed at exactly the selected time?
Rotation uses local time: daily at 00:00, every 12 hours at 00:00 and 12:00, or every 6 hours at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00 and 18:00. iOS decides when to refresh widgets and may delay an update. Open the app to check the current preview. If a word is pinned, clear it in Widget settings or wait for its expiry.
Which words are free, and what does Pro unlock?
HSK 1–2 contain 300 free words. Pro is an optional one-time purchase for the remaining 4,697 words in HSK 3–6, including their meanings, pronunciation, favorites and widget use. You can preview higher-level hanzi and pinyin for free. There is no subscription. The purchase confirmation sheet shows your local price.
I paid, but HSK 3–6 are locked. What should I do?
Use the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Open Widget → Unlock HSK 3–6 → Restore purchases with an internet connection. If the price could not load, tap Reload price and try again. A purchase awaiting approval unlocks after approval; a cancelled or unverified purchase does not unlock immediately. If Apple shows a completed purchase and restoring does not help, email support with the error message. Do not send Apple Account credentials.
Which HSK version and languages are supported?
The app contains HSK 2.0 vocabulary, levels 1–6. It does not claim to cover the newer nine-level syllabus. Menus support English and Simplified Chinese. The default follows your system language when supported, with English as the fallback. You can change the interface and meaning languages separately under Widget → Language. HSK 1–3 have short Chinese meanings; higher levels use English when a Chinese meaning is unavailable. Hanzi and pinyin remain visible in either interface language.
Why is pronunciation unavailable?
The app uses a system Mandarin voice. If none is installed, download a Chinese voice in iOS Settings under Accessibility → Spoken Content or Read & Speak → Voices; wording varies by iOS version. Check your volume and audio output, then try again. The app does not record or grade your pronunciation.
How do favorites and pinned words work?
Open an unlocked word and tap Save to favorites. Enable Favorites only in Widget settings to rotate through favorites from your unlocked levels, regardless of the selected levels. If no accessible favorites remain, the widget uses the selected levels. Show on widget until next rotation pins a word temporarily; you can clear it from the widget preview.
Does the app work offline or sync across devices?
Vocabulary browsing, search, favorites and widget selection work locally. Pronunciation needs an installed system voice. Purchases, restores and web links need a connection. Favorites and settings do not sync through an app cloud service. Device backups are controlled by your Apple settings. Removing the app can remove favorites and preferences; restoring Pro does not restore those favorites.
How do I report a word issue or request a refund?
For a vocabulary issue, email the hanzi, HSK level, displayed meaning or pinyin, and your suggested correction. Meanings are brief study aids and may not list every sense. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.

为什么没有在指定时刻立刻换词？
换词按当地时间计划：每天一次为 00:00；每 12 小时为 00:00、12:00；每 6 小时为 00:00、06:00、12:00、18:00。实际刷新由 iOS 调度，可能延后。打开 App 可查看当前预览；若固定了单词，可手动取消固定或等待到期。
哪些内容免费，专业版解锁什么？
HSK 1–2 共 300 词免费。一次性购买专业版后，可使用 HSK 3–6 其余 4,697 词的释义、发音、收藏和小组件功能。高阶词的汉字和拼音可免费预览，无订阅。购买确认页显示当地实际价格。
已付款但仍显示锁定怎么办？
使用原购买所用的 Apple 账户，联网后前往「小组件 → 解锁 HSK 3–6 → 恢复购买」。价格加载失败时点「重新载入价格」。等待批准的交易会在获批后解锁；取消或尚未通过验证的交易不会立即解锁。若 Apple 显示交易已完成但无法恢复，请把错误提示发给支持邮箱，不要提供账户凭据。
支持哪个 HSK 版本和哪些语言？
词库按 HSK 2.0 的 1–6 级整理，不宣称覆盖新版九级体系。界面支持英文和简体中文；默认匹配支持的系统语言，其他语言回退英文。在「小组件 → 语言」中可分别选择界面和释义语言。HSK 1–3 有简短中文释义；更高级别缺少中文释义时显示英文。汉字和拼音不随界面语言改变。
无法发音怎么办？
App 使用系统普通话语音。如设备未安装，请在系统「设置 → 辅助功能 → 朗读内容」或「朗读与语音 → 声音」中下载中文语音；路径名称随 iOS 版本有所不同。检查音量及音频输出后重试。App 不录音，也不进行发音评分。
收藏与固定词如何使用？
进入已解锁词的详情页，点「加入收藏」。「仅收藏」会轮换已解锁级别中的收藏词，不受所选级别限制；无可用收藏时回到所选级别。「显示在小组件上直到下次轮换」可临时固定一个词，也可在预览中取消。
可以离线使用或跨设备同步吗？
浏览、搜索、收藏及组件选词在本地完成，发音需先安装系统语音。购买、恢复和网页链接需要联网。App 不提供云同步；设备备份由 Apple 设置控制。移除 App 可能丢失收藏和偏好；恢复专业版购买不会恢复收藏。
如何反馈词条问题或申请退款？
反馈词条时，请注明汉字、HSK 级别、当前显示的释义或拼音，以及建议修正内容。简短释义可能不涵盖全部义项。退款由 Apple 处理，可前往 reportaproblem.apple.com申请。
