DriftLog Support
DriftLog measures how accurately your watches really run — in seconds per day — by comparing your taps against network-synced reference time. No microphone, no quiet room, works on mechanical and quartz.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I measure a watch?
Open the watch, tap Measure, and press the button at the exact moment the second hand crosses the 12. Repeat a day or more later; DriftLog computes seconds per day from the interval between readings.
Why do I need at least two readings?
Rate is drift over time. One reading sets the baseline; the next reading tells DriftLog how far the watch wandered and over how long.
Can it measure quartz watches?
Yes — that is DriftLog’s specialty. Quartz drift shows up over weeks, so measure once now and again in a few weeks; the App reports seconds per month for quartz movements.
Does it work offline?
All your data lives on the device and every screen works offline. Only two things use the network: fetching reference time for a new measurement, and App Store purchases.
What does DriftLog Pro unlock?
Unlimited watches, the full service & regulation log, and CSV export — as a one-time purchase. Your first watch is free with every measurement feature included.
How do I restore my purchase?
Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I export my data?
Settings → Export CSV (Pro). Your measurements and service records export as a standard CSV file you can open in any spreadsheet.
