By downloading or using Dreamscope, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Subscription
Billing
Dreamscope Pro is an auto-renewing subscription available at $2.99/month or $14.99/year (or your local equivalent). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds
All billing disputes and refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your Content
You own your dream entries. By using Dreamscope, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service (AI analysis, cloud sync, image generation). We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.
AI-Generated Content
Dream analysis, insights, and artwork are generated by AI. By using these features you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect
- Dream interpretations are for personal reflection only and are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
- You will not submit sensitive personal information — such as third parties’ personal details — in dream descriptions
Acceptable Use
You may not use Dreamscope to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile tab. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leilei Zhang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
